Hello, all!! Life has been so busy since we have moved. We finally have everything out of my mom’s apartment, but are still working on unpacking and organizing.
All of our unpacked boxes are in the basement, which also serves as a guest room, game room for my husband, and home gym. It is large luckily haha.
I eventually want to add to my home gym, but am making due with what I have for now. I did a quick, tough workout the other day that I wanted to share!

30 MINUTE FULL BODY CIRCUIT WORKOUT:
5 minute warmup: I did the elliptical
5 rounds: 20 weighted squats + 20 squat pulses, 20 kicks (each side) on punching bag
5 rounds: 20 push-ups, 20 punches (each side) on bag
Finish on the elliptical until you hit 30 minutes.
Cool down and stretch!
You can definitely do this without weights and a punching bag!
