Hi, all! Happy Friday!! I hope you are well. My little one will be 2 in a couple weeks, which is crazy. Time feels like it goes so fast when it comes to her growing up. She has decided not to nap the last couple of days, but continues to be an excellent night time sleeper! We are starting potty training soon and I am kind of scared haha. Wish me luck! Other than that, I have been longing for warmer weather. I can’t wait until K and I can spend our days outside. I miss jogging with her and that wonderful sunshine! I know it will be here soon enough!
Anyway, moving on to the point of this post. I have continued my at-home workouts, and do my best to stay motivated. Yesterday was a cardio day and I really enjoyed my workout, so I want to share it!

I was pretty sweaty by the end of that workout! I will definitely do it again. *Please note that I only do what works for me and my body when it comes to working out.
