Hello, all! Once again, I have failed at consistency on my blog. Keeping up with an almost 2 year old and taking care of our new home keeps me busy. One of these days I will get a better schedule on here!
Today, K and I made some yummy protein balls this morning! Healthy, tasty, and toddler approved! I have certainly eaten more than I care to admit. Haha!
INGREDIENTS: *2 cups of oats. *3/4 cups of almond or peanut butter. *1/4 cup of melted coconut oil. *1/4 cup of honey. *1 tsp. of vanilla. *1 TBSP. of chia seeds *dash of salt. *add ins of choice: I used dark chocolate chips and unsweetened coconut
TO MAKE: 1) Mix everything together and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. 2) Roll the dough into balls and enjoy! 3) Store extra balls in the fridge
