Hello, all!! I hope you had a great weekend…and Monday, as I didn’t get around to this post yesterday.
Our weekend was fun, and full of family time.
We had a relaxing morning, followed by a fun afternoon at the park. K is getting so brave and has a blast at the park! My husband got tired chasing her around haha.
The rest of the day was spent reading, and more playing outside.
Once K went to bed, we made dinner, played a game of Clue, then started the show Mindhunter. We have enjoyed it so much!
We got up, had coffee, then headed to the zoo. We had such a good time together! My husband rarely gets to come with us because we usually go during the week when he works. We loved having him there!
That afternoon was full of more playing with our energetic toddler.
For dinner, we made a sausage skillet! It was so tasty!!
That was our lovely weekend! Now moving on…
MY HEALTH JOURNEY:
I have had some stomach issues and exhaustion for a long time. I decided to try to take control of my health a few ways.
1) I started taking all natural oils for gut health, and another for fertility. This brand is wonderful and describes every ingredient.
2) I started Whole 30! It is only day 2, but I have heard great things about the results. I am hoping to find out a little more about potential foods that make me feel bad. Once I get a little further along in the process I will update!
