Hi, all!! Happy Friday! Baby K and I just got back from “Birds” class, which is our mommy and me gym class. My sweet girl is growing so fast! She has so much personality. She learned to blow kisses, signs “more” and “eat,” growls at the leopard in her animal book, is all over the place, and gives “gentle touches” when told. She is so fun! Isn’t she adorable??
Anyway….Let’s get to the recap…
FOOD FAVORITES THIS WEEK:
Stuffed peppers with a salad.
Salad bar from Whole Foods.
Taco wonton cups with lime bean chips. This was delicious!
FITNESS THIS WEEK:
*I have to highlight my favorite workout from the week first: Dance Jam. My old co-worker/bestie and I took this class at the gym and had a blast! It was a really good workout (even though we spent most of the time laughing).
*I also took Cycle Sculpt. This particular class incorporates light weights as well.
My at home workouts included:

Baby K and I also got out for a couple walks!
Now that the weather is showing glimpses of slightly warmer weather, I am itching to get outside more. We are hoping to go to the Zoo this weekend!!
