Hello and happy Friday, all! The house is picked up, the baby is sleeping, and this mamma is under a blanket because it is so cold out! We woke up to snow. We decided to go out and play in our pjs for a little because the baby hasn’t really had a chance to experience it.
She was wiggling so much when she saw it falling down! The weather has been crazy. It was warm on Monday and I was outside in a tank top. Haha!
Let’s talk FITNESS:
I have done a good variety of workouts this week. I have to mix it up to keep from getting bored!
MONDAY: Baby K and I got out for a 3 mile run. The weather was beautiful!! We stopped at the swings on the way home.
TUESDAY: Barre workout video.
WEDNESDAY: 30 minutes on the elliptical
THURSDAY: I took a cycle sculpt class at the gym. It is spinning with light weights incorporated.
FRIDAY: This morning I did a hiit workout video.
Taco salad with coconut oil fried plantains. SO good!
Crockpot buffalo chicken sandwiches! This was delicious and so easy to make!
Chicken legs made in the air fryer with corn.
Whole Foods salad bar!
*My mom came over yesterday and it was so nice to spend time with her! We love when she visits. The baby gets SO excited!
*Baby K is turning one year old on Sunday and I have been very emotional.
*Baby K moved up to the next level in gym class. She is now in birds instead of bugs.
*Our next two weekends are so busy. Tomorrow, we have baby K’s Valentine’s pictures. On Sunday, we have two birthday parties.
Next weekend, we have baby K’s birthday party!
