Food, Fitness, Motherhood, And A Sick Baby

Hello, all! Happy weekend!! I am currently snuggling my sweet baby while she eats her bottle. Getting her out of bed is one of my favorite things, as she smiles and wiggles, followed by a huge hug. Ahhhh my heart!!

Baby K has been sick the past couple of days and it makes me so sad. She has a deep cough and stuffy nose. The pediatrician said not to worry unless her breathing gets bad or her fever is super high. It’s so hard not to though.

I have been using baby chest rub and essential oils, I constantly use the nose frieda, and have a humidifier in her room.

She has still been all smiles at least!! She didn’t get sick until Wednesday, so she did get to go to Bugs class on Tuesday and see her friends.

Moving on, let’s talk FOOD:

Here are a few favorites from the week…

Chickpea pasta and meat sauce.

Whole Foods salad bar when my mom came to visit!

Apple grilled cheese and tomato soup!

FITNESS:

I was able to sneak off to the gym twice this week and the rest of my workouts were at home.

*Elliptical

*Barre

*Treadmill Hiit workout (gym day)

*Cycle Sculp class

OTHER:

Yesterday was my husband’s birthday! I got baby K the cutest onesie.

I love these two so much.

She ended up having a blowout all over it. Haha.

Well, I’m off to start the day!
