Hello, everyone! I attempted to write this yesterday, but between cleaning, playing with the baby, and taking a few minutes to shower, it just didn’t happen. So, here is attempt #2! Haha!!
Motherhood has been amazing. This little girl is literally the best thing that has ever happened to me. I have gained a new perspective on life, and wouldn’t change it for the world. Parents are rockstars! I feel SO blessed to stay at home, but it certainly is hard. To all the stay at home moms, and to all the working moms-you are amazing! We all just want what is best for our kids.
Gosh, I could eat that face!
Now….onto another week full of food and fitness! Eating well and working out has always been a priority in my life, and I do my best to keep up with that, even though it can be hard with this cutie.
FOOD THIS WEEK:
Whole Foods salad bar! My mom was in town and we ate outside and chatted. It was so nice! Having my mom visit often is the BEST!
Bbq pork over a salad!
My sister-in-law bought us Chinese, as it was her last week living with us before heading back to school! I got the steamed chicken and veggies with brown rice! SO good!!!
We also had chicken legs a night, rotisserie chicken, and more salads because I could eat those every night!
FITNESS THIS WEEK:
*A 3 mile outside run
*Walks and jogs with baby
*Fitness Blender video (HIIT style workouts)
*Cyclebar-this is a cycle class with a weighted bar. They post your stats afterwards! It is a blast.
Baby and I visited my old work and saw my co-workers. I would have started year 6 at this school, and it was bittersweet being there.
We plan on visiting my work bestie often….with Starbucks of course!
Baby K and I also started our mommy and me gym class this week and it was a blast! I love meeting other parents and their adorable babies. Baby K loves smiling at them!
That’s about all for this update! I’m looking forward to my weekend with my little family.
