Hi, all! We are officially on the road for our first vacation with baby. Packing the car was a lot harder than when it was just the two of us. She has and needs SO much stuff. I’m a little nervous because of the change in routine, but hoping I will relax and have a good time once we get there. I’m just a worrier and want my little one to do well. Wish us luck!
Anyway, let’s get to this week in food in finess.
FOOD:
Turkey burgers, potatoes, veggies, and corn! Yum!
Chicken legs, carrot “fries,” and corn.
We met my husband for lunch a day and had Jersey Mike’s subs. My mom and nephew visited, and we enjoyed lunch and the day together! Baby did great at the restaurant!
Whole wheat pasta with veggie meatballs and a salad.
Terriaki chicken, carrot “fries,” and a salad with whole wheat noodles.
My sister-in-law and I ate and watched a movie last night because my husband worked super late.
FITNESS:
*Elliptical
*Pure barre
*At home hiit workout
*Spinning (thanks to my mom for watching the baby)
I’m hoping to get in some runs and pure barre videos while at the lake.

Why did I never think to add pasta to salad? I’m definitely trying that! I struggle with lunch ideas and a salad alone never fills me up.

Yummm this post made me hungry!! Corn on the cob is one of my favorite foods, and we haven’t made it yet this summer. Maybe we’ll do that at our cookout this weekend! π
