Hello and happy weekend, friends! I hope the week treated you well. I actually did my hair and makeup yesterday for the first time in a long time. I went to a friend’s bridal shower, and even though it took forever to get ready (because I have a very clingy child), it was fun to look decent and get out for a bit.
I may or may not have talked about my baby 90 percent of the time haha.
Anyway….let’s talk this week in food and fitness.
We continue to eat well, as my husband, sister-in-law, and I try to meal plan to make everything easier. Here are some dinners we had…
MONDAY:
Salmon, veggies, and salad.
TUESDAY:
Whole wheat pasta with veggie meatballs!
WEDNESDAY:
Grilled chicken, plantains, rice, and salad.
THURSDAY:
Stuffed peppers and a salad kit.
FRIDAY:
Whole Foods salad bar. Yum!
I definitely enjoyed my meals this week!!
As far as FITNESS goes, I worked out at home all week. This included:
*Pure barre
*Hiit workouts
*Elliptical
*Yoga
I get a lot of my workouts from YouTube or other fitness bloggers. Who says you can’t get fit at home??
I am looking forward to going to the gym today though!!
That’s all for this update.
Have a great weekend!
With love,
Carly
Can you do a post about your at home workouts? I struggle with working out at home, but I don’t always have time to go to the gym.

I love my HIIT workouts at home as much as I love my workouts at the gym. I definitely think variety is the spice of life and variety in workouts (location or type) keeps it fresh and fun!
