Hello and happy Friday, folks! My little one will be 4 months old on Sunday and I can’t believe how much she has changed. I might be exhausted, but I am so in love with this little girl that I can’t take it. Her innocence is so sweet, and her laugh is infectious. Ughhh I could go on all day about her!!
This week was my first full week as a stay at home mamma. She keeps me busy!! I love it so much.
As far as fitness goes, I do my best to get to the gym when I can (when someone can watch her), but until I feel comfortable putting her in the child care area I workout at home quite a bit.
THIS WEEK IN FITNESS:
2 HIIT workouts, 1 treadmill run at the gym, 1 yoga class at the gym, and the elliptical!! Both grandmas were over at some point this week, allowing me to get to the gym. They are the best!
I love HIIT workouts at home because they are quick, but so effective!!
I also carry around my chubby baby all day, so I feel like that counts as a workout haha!!
THIS WEEK IN FOOD:
Pork chops, veggies, and rice.
Stir fry! I put mine over brown rice.
The most amazing oatmeal and avocado toast from Zest Juice Co. YUM!
Turkey burgers, sweet potato fries, and corn!
Breastfeeding leaves me SO hungry, therefore I am eating more than usual! I try to eat as healthy as I can, especially since I’ve been going back for seconds….and the occasional third haha.
