Hi, all! Happy Friday! We have a busy weekend coming up. Tomorrow, we are going hiking with my husband’s family. On Sunday, my husband’s shop is putting on their annual race (he works on racecars). It is always a huge event and my husband is racing this year!
Baby has been doing so well. She is getting so big and becoming more aware and fun each day. I finally got her to nap in her crib (whoooo) and am able to get more done around the house. I also have a bedtime routine that works so well for her. She goes down between 7 and 7:30 and has been consistently sleeping through the night!
I try to keep the TV off and entertain her with toys, music, books, and her “big girl” frog chair! I adore when she smiles and laughs at me. It is the best! She is a bit colicky, and sometimes the crying fits are overwhelming, but I love this baby more than anything.

FITNESS THIS WEEK…
Baby loves her Mammaroo and will sit in it while I workout. I play with her while I’m jumping around and she enjoys it so much.
This week, I did a hiit workout, took a Cyclebar class, did the elliptical, took baby on a walk, and a barre video.
Since I can’t always get to the gym, my husband set up an area in our basement. It has been great.
FOOD THIS WEEK…
Steak, sweet potatoes, and a salad.
Whole Foods salad bar.
I have chicken in the crockpot for dinner tonight.
My work bestie and I went out for my bday on Wednesday and had so much fun! We did a wine tasting followed by pedicures.
It was so nice to get out and have some fun! My mom was nice enough to babysit.
