Hello, all! Yay for Friday!! I just finished a short cardio workout and am now relaxing and waiting for the husband to bring food home haha.
We had our growth ultrasound this morning and baby girl is doing wonderful! She currently weighs 5 pounds 14 ounces.
They also did a strep b test and checked to see if I was dialated. I am 1 cm so far!
The dr. was very pleased, and we loved seeing our beautiful, active little girl! Ahhh!! We are getting so close.
Aside from being uncomfortable, I’m doing well for being so far along.
*Sweets, carbs, and cheese
*Dry/Itchy Skin and lips
*Struggles getting comfortable
*Constantly out of breath
*Feeling her move and kick
*Nesting (It has caused me to be super prepared)
*Being able to stay active
*Knowing she is healthy and growing
FITNESS THIS WEEK:
I made it to a spin class on Tuesday because we had a “cold day” at work/ the busses wouldn’t start. I took it easy and only did 30 minutes, but it felt great to be at the gym.
I have also done a few barre workouts, plus my elliptical and bike.
I have worked out every day so far and plan on taking Sunday off to rest!
FOOD THIS WEEK:
Pasta and veggie “meatballs”
Turkey burgers, veggies, and sweet potato fries
Hot ham and cheese, plus a salad
Frozen pasta meal an English muffin
Everything was super tasty!
