Hi, all! I hope your Monday is treating you well so far. I overslept and was super rushed this morning, but managed to get ready and grab Starbucks on my way to work.
Anyway, this weekend was relaxing, which was necessary because I’m getting a cold.
I binged watched (and finished) the Netflix show The Haunting Of Hill House. I loved it! It was so spooky, and I got invested quickly. Have any of you seen it? Thoughts?
Now, onto the recap:
After work, I came home and watched Netflix for a while. My husband worked later than usual so I ate before he got home.
Meatloaf, a sweet potato, and a salad.
I woke up, had some coffee, and got to my online teaching. My husband had a work event and I stayed home. I did a bump at the barre workout, did some housework, then watched Netflix by my fireplace.
By the time my husband got home, I needed out. We walked around our outdoor mall, then had a sweetest day dinner at Northstar Cafe.
When we got home, we got comfy and watched football until bed.
I slept in, which felt amazing! My body needed the rest. I’m pretty tired these days!
I had coffee and finished my Netflix series while separating baby clothes.
I went for a 3 mile jog and it seriously felt so good! Post jog snapchat lol!
I finished my cleaning (which took a long time because I had to mop and deep clean), then hit the grocery store!
For dinner, we made a sweet potato and turkey hash with mushrooms and onions. It was delicious!
We rented Ant Man and the Wasp to watch while we ate.
It was a lovely weekend! Now let’s hope I can knock this cold out quickly!
