Fit Foodie Friday And Week 17 Of Pregnancy

Happy Friday, all! Cheers to the weekend!! I am officially 17 weeks pregnant as of yesterday. This bump is growing!!

Despite being tired from 2 jobs, getting up way too early, and a touch of evening nausea I am feeling pretty good!

Let’s talk this week in food and fitness…

I went to the gym early for an upper body workout class. It felt good!

Dinner was beef lettuce wraps and my leftover salad from Whole Foods. Yum!

We watched Bachelor in Paradise before bed!

I taught online before work so I worked out afterwards. I attempted a jog outside, but only lasted a mile. This pressure on my bladder is no joke! I did a few exercises in my basement after the jog.

Dinner was whole wheat pasta and marinara sauce. So tasty!!!

I taught online in the morning, then did a quick barre workout afterwards. It was challenging, but felt great!!

My mom came over that evening to get dinner and hang out. We went to Northstar Cafe for a delicious dinner!

I taught early again before work. It is wonderful extra money, but it is wearing me out!

I went to the gym after work and did a mile jog, followed by 20 minutes on the arc trainer.

Dinner was a turkey burger, sweet potato fries, and a salad!

I woke up early today to go to a workout class, but ended up doing some things around the house. I made a protein hot chocolate with breakfast and it was delicious!

We are helping my mom move this weekend, then I teach online Sunday. Busy, busy!!

I hope you all have a great weekend!

With love,
