A Weekend Of Food, Fitness, Me Time, And Cleaning

Hey, all! How has your weekend been? Mine has been relaxing overall, which is nice because we have some busy weekends coming up.

FRIDAY:

After work, I hit the gym for a treadmill and arc trainer workout. It felt good! I constantly have to check my heart rate, as it spikes much quicker these days.

For dinner, my husband made ground beef, with onions, mushrooms, cream of mushroom, and cream of onion. It was delicious! I made a sandwich out of mine, and had a salad with it.

SATURDAY:

I started the day teaching online. I had quite a few classes, but was able to relax with coffee after.

I decided to workout at home. I did a cardio/strength pregnancy YouTube video, follwed by a short yoga video to cool down. It left me feeling great.

The rest of the day was spent doing a little cleaning and lots of relaxing. We had leftovers for dinner and binge watched Game of Thrones.

SUNDAY:

I started the morning with coffee and cleaning.

My husband and I went to mid day church, then grabbed Whole Foods for lunch on the way home. They have the BEST salad bar.

After lunch, I went to the grocery store, then came home and finished mopping and folding laundry.

Now, I am treating myself to a face mask, bath, and some coconut water.

Not a very exciting weekend, but a needed one for this tired gal!
