Let’s Have A Mid-Week Coffee Date

Happy hump day, folks! How is the week treating you so far? Let’s catch up with a coffee date!

I would be having a coffee with soy milk!

I might be all over the place so here goes…

1) First of all, I have to share that I am so excited to see my mom tonight!! She has been gone for a couple of weeks on a cruise. I’m glad she’s home!

Isn’t she adorable?

She sent me a picture of Starbucks in Mexico!

2) Next, I would fill you in on my first fertility appointment and share my nervousness for my test tomorrow. I love the doctor! He is on top of things and I feel confident that he will help us figure out what is going on. We are still doing tests, so hopefully we get some answers soon!!

3) I would also share that I am stressing a little about some life decisions. I’ve been praying a lot and trying to stay positive! I am very excited about my online teaching job, and am teaching my first class tomorrow!

4) I would tell you that I am pumped for my upcoming vacations! Whooo!!! 2 lake trips and 1 beach trip. Hurry up summer!

5) I would ask how you are doing? Please share something with me!

Have a great rest of your day!

With love,

Carly

  1. Ah your mum looks like she’s had a lovely time 😁☉ Good luck for your appointment, I hope it all goes well. Life decisions, I’m also one to get hung up on these but try to remember to take one day and a time, we can’t always have everything figured out all the time 🙂 My week started feeling frustrated at a whole load of things coming up at once but today I made prawn and veggie egg rice with soy sauce and chili flakes which turned out so good and I had lots which I can freeze for next week too!

  2. Starbucks in Mexico was a heavenly sight. I love it. Keeping you in my thoughts with your fertility appointment. I remember going in and we said we were going to keep it our “secret.” And then I noticed how many people were there and going through the same thing and I realized I wasn’t as alone as I felt. Fertility clinics are an amazing place of hope and love. Hoping for great news and answers for you!

    1. Yes!! I guess I never realized just how many people are affected by infertility until my husband and I stepped into the clinic. That’s the reason why I am sharing my journey. It has been an amazing experience so far! Thank you for the kind words and encouragement! 🤗
