Hello and happy Friday, friends! We made it!! Do you have anything planned this weekend? I’m not sure what we are doing, but I have a list of things I want to accomplish!
This week flew by for me. I had a lot going on! My meals did not disappoint and my workouts were fun…especially the new class I took!
Here’s the recap:
I went to the gym after work for a full body class called the C9 Challenge. I was tired, but it felt good and left me sore!
Dinner was a terriaki stir fry kit with chicken and brown rice.
After work, I came home, prepped dinner, and put it in the crockpot before meeting my girlfriend at the gym for a hip hop class!
Now, let me tell you, hip hop is WAY out of my comfort zone, but we had a blast. I definitely struggled with some of the moves, but we laughed so much. Moral of the story: try new things!!
I was so hungry when I got home and was glad dinner was ready! I made sausage and bean soup (my mother-in-law’s recipe) and it was delicious!!!
I woke up early for a tabata class. I love this workout so much!!
Dinner was a chicken melt and fried plantain.
I didn’t work this day because my husband and I had our first appointment at a fertility clinic (more on that in another post). I was tired after and luckily I was able to go home and relax. For lunch, I had chicken tacos and they were so good!
Dinner was turkey dogs (beef hot dogs for the hubby) wrapped in crescent rolls, sweet potato fries, and veggies. It was SO TASTY.
I waited until after work to go to the gym. I did a short cardio workout before heading home.
Now it is off to make dinner.
Have a great weekend, everyone!
