Hello, everyone! It’s Friday…whooo! I am SO ready for a relaxing weekend. It has been a long week, but the weather is finally getting warmer!
I have been SO hungry this week…I feel like I’m non stop. So, let’s see what I’ve been eating…
MONDAY:
Dinner consisted of chicken tortilla soup and cornbread. It was delicious!
TUESDAY:
I had dinner from Whole Foods and it did not disappoint! Grilled salmon, orzo with peas, and roasted brussel sprouts! So good!!
WEDNESDAY:
Pasta night! I made whole wheat pasta with chicken sausage, a vodka sauce, and garlic toast! Yum!
THURSDAY:
My husband stayed late at work to fix our friend’s car, so I brought dinner to the shop. I had a turkey and provolone sub and chips from Jersey Mike’s.
FRIDAY:
I am planning on making a frozen pizza for dinner tonight! I found this brand from Whole Foods and I’m excited to try it.

That orzo looks so good! Did you like the pizza? I keep seeing it and keep wondering if it’s actually good. Great eats!
