Hey there, everyone! How was your weekend? Did you do anything fun?! We weren’t too busy, but I find myself extra tired this evening.
After work, I came home and relaxed with my kitties until my husband got off of work. For dinner, I made a coconut curry meal kit with chicken.
After dinner, my husband’s parents came to stay with us. They left for Florida the next day out of the airport by our house. I’m so jealous!! Anyway, we rented the movie Murder On The Orient Express. I tried hard to stay awake, but I just couldn’t. Oh well!!
We had a slow morning, which I needed. I made a pot of coffee and protein waffles for breakfast. YUM!
After I ate, I went to the gym for a treadmill workout. I was nice and sweaty by the time I was done. After the gym, I folded a bunch of laundry and cleaned up the house. For lunch I made a healthy egg salad sandwich with sweet potato waffle fries.
After lunch, my husband and I picked up his sister from her volleyball tournament and she came to stay with us. She was meeting her parents in Florida and left from our local airport.
As a snack, my husband and I made deviled eggs! We had a crazy amount of eggs we needed to use up. These were so tasty!
For dinner, I had a chicken sausage and more sweet potato waffle fries.
After dinner, we rented the movie Daddy’s Home 2. We found it hilarious!
We woke up around 4:30 to take my husband’s sister to the airport. I had a quick cup of coffee before we left.
I couldn’t go back to sleep when we got home so I decided to make a recipe for healthy bagels. I saw it on Pintrest!
After breakfast and some relaxing, I went to target and the grocery store. When I got back, I made a chocolate peanut butter banana protein smoothie. I topped it with almonds and granola.
Early evening, I went to my gym for yoga. It felt great! For dinner, my husband and I made cod, asparagus, and rice. It was tasty!
I cleaned up the kitchen and now we are relaxing and watching some T.V.
