Hey there, everyone! How has your weekend been? Ours was nice and relaxing. I’m sad it is almost over.
Here’s the recap:
After work, I came home and relaxed for a while. I was so hungry by dinnertime and made up a super tasty meal.
I had a turkey burger with cheese on an english muffin, plus a salad with tortilla strips, leftover pasta, and a healthy bbq ranch dressing.
I devoured it! My husband and I watched tv and I fell asleep early on the couch.
I had a slow morning, which was lovely. I made a pot of coffee, plus my almond butter banana bread.
A little later in the day, I went to the gym for a treadmill hiit workout. It was a good one!
When I got home, I showered and relaxed for a while. My husband and I went to Whole Foods for some samples and a late lunch/early dinner. We took our food home to eat in our sweats.
Everything was delicious!
Our evening consisted of a Netflix movie!
Today has been such a nice day! My husband and I went to church together, then had food and cappuccinos at the Fox in the Snow Cafe. It was packed so we ended up eating in the car. It was amazing! I wish they had more seating though.
After brunch, we came home and did some dishes and laundry.
I took a much needed yoga class at my gym. It was slow and SO relaxing. I love holding the poses for a deep stretch.
Dinner was a turkey burger with cheese and air fried plantain! Yummy!!
Now, we are watching the Olympics until Worst Cooks In America comes on!
