Happy Friday, all! We made it!! Do you have any fun weekend plans?! Tonight, my husband and I are seeing the new Justice League in our new fancy theater. Tomorrow, I am having a girl’s day with my best friend: Starbucks, shopping, then seeing Bad Moms Christmas. I can’t wait! Sunday, we are celebrating Thanksgiving with my husband’s family.
Onto this week in food and fitness…
MONDAY:
After work, I took my regular workout class, the C9 challenge. I was still tired from my weekend in Nashville, so I didn’t feel as strong as usual, but it still felt good.
Dinner was turkey meatloaf, a salad, and almond bread. It was delicious!
TUESDAY:
The day started with an early morning run and stair climber workout. It felt great to get some tough cardio in.
Dinner was a chicken burger and a ceasar salad.
WEDNESDAY:
My morning workout was TCX (total conditioning extreme). It was an awesome workout.
I love classes because we all motivate each other constantly.
Dinner was a superfood salad kit and coconut oil fried plantain. YUM!!!!
THURSDAY:
The morning started with a spin class. I worked really hard and it felt amazing.
After work, I cleaned, did laundry, and caught up on all of my shows. Dinner was a Bertolli meal and garlic toast.
Chicken, potatoes, and green beans in sauce.
This morning I took a workout class called gluteus maxout. It’s all legs and booty and I love it so much!! Dinner will be a quick one before our movie date.
