Fit Friday-Another Week Of Food And Fitness

Happy Friday, everyone! I hope you all had a great week. This weekend I am going to Nashville for a bachelorette party! One of my best friends is getting married next month. I’m excited to share all of the fun things we did when I get back.

Here is the recap of my week…

MONDAY:

The day was spent in the car driving home from Maryland. We stopped at a delicious sub place in PA for lunch called Subplicity. It was expensive, but fresh and tasty. I was willing to spend more instead of settling for Subway at a gas station.

Yum!

It was late when we got home and we were exhausted. For dinner, I made a frozen Bertolli rizzoto and chicken meal.

TUESDAY:

I took a personal day from work to have a “me day.” I tried a new workout class called No Limits Circuit. It was fun and challenging, mixing cardio and strength exercises throughout.

Once that class was over, I decided to stay for yoga. I am SO glad I did! It felt amazing.

I ate lunch at the cafe in my gym and it was so good.

After lunch, I ran errands, went to the chiropractor,  then cleaned and did laundry until my hubs got home.

For dinner, I made Kodiak Cake pizza and a salad.

Guilt free pizza for the win!!

WEDNESDAY:

My husband’s 29th birthday! Here are my cats posing with his presents.

Aren’t they adorable??

For his birthday, we saw the new Thor in our super nice theatre. It has reclining seats! The movie was awesome!

My workout that day was 30 minutes on the stair climber.

THURSDAY:

The morning started with spin class.

I love spinning so much.

After working out, I went to Starbucks to grab a coffee and eat my breakfast.

Pumpkin muffin with almond butter and nuts + yogurt and nuts + coffee. This is my breakfast heaven.

I had a late night at work for parent teacher conferences, so during my free time I colored in my adult coloring book.

My husband made me a quick dinner to eat when I got home.

FRIDAY:

I woke up early and did a full body lifting workout.

After work today, I am leaving for Nashville, so my friend and I have some healthy snacks and food packed. I made pumpkin muffins and my friend made a veggie lasagna and almond bread. We are also brining lara bars and granola!

That’s all for today! I will update after the weekend! Hope you all have a great one!

With love,

Carly
