Hi there, everyone and happy Friday! I hope you all are well. This week has been fairly crazy for me. Getting back into another school year, new students, trying to wake up at 5 to workout, funcion in the evenings to cook, blog and hang out with my husband has been hectic. Even though things get crazy at times, I am blessed beyond measure.
I wanted this post to be positive because I have SO much to be thankful for! So, here is five (of many) things I am greatful for.
1. MY HUSBAND
I will never be able to put into words how amazing this guy is. He is hard working, fun, loving, smart, gentle and patient. He makes every day worth while and I don’t know how I got so darn lucky, but I am thankful I did.
2. MY STUDENTS
One of the greatest joys is having a student run into your arms, beaming to see you after summer break. Those are the moments that make the hard times worth it.
3. WORKING OUT
I love taking time to push myself and better myself at the gym, outside, or even in my home. It makes me feel better and lets me get my stress out in a healthy way.
4. THE ANTICIPATION OF FALL
We have been getting cooler weather here lately and I love it so much. Crisp air, pumpkins, apple picking, celebrating our anniversary, football, fires and family. I. Can’t. Wait.
The smell, the taste, the pick me up. The way it starts my day. Yep, it’s the little things! Haha
