Hello, lovely people! How are you all doing on this beautiful Sunday? I am doing my best to relax and make some goals for the upcoming school year. If you don’t know, I teach in a special needs Kindergarten class. I love it so much, but it can be hard. Plus the anticipation has been stressful. So for now, I am relaxing with essential oils and Epsom salt.
Bath time relaxation!
The main goals for the upcoming year are patience, planning, and making sure I start each day with a good attitude.
With that being said, bring on another year!
Now onto the weekend!
I started with a workout and coffee as always. Then, I met a couple friends from work. These two have been my rock each day at work. I teach with them and they make my days brighter and just plain fun.
The pretty one in the middle is off to Mozambique for two years to be in the Peace Corps. She is amazing and has a heart for kids like I have never seen. I’m blessed to know her.
This has a baked foldout as the base, lean ground beef with low sodium taco seasoning, brown rice, part of a salad kit, guacamole, salsa, plain greek yogurt, jalapenos, and some purple tortilla chips. Talk about tasty!
The day started with coffee and a workout. Then it was house work before our date night!
For date night we went to dinner at PF Changs (which is upscale Chinese food) followed by a movie at home.

The day started with Starbucks and a wonderful church service.
Followed by a protein shake which was amazing.
Chocolate peanut butter protein powder, almond milk, and a frozen banana. Topped with protein PB cups!
My in laws are coming over today to help us put the trim up in our living room! Then we will have dinner!
