Happy hump day, friends! How is your week treating you so far!? Mine has been busy, but great.
The morning started with a 5:45 a.m. spin class and a drive to my home town. It poured rain the whole hour and a half drive. I picked up Starbucks when I got to town and stopped by my best friend’s house for a short visit.
Once I left her house and had a small lunch, I went to my mom’s place. She is moving on Saturday so we spent a few hours going through her things and packing. After packing, we were hungry so we met my best friend at Spinozas. It is the BEST pizza I have ever had!
I had a greek salad and split their Margarita pizza with my mom! So good!!
After dinner, we watched the finale of the Bachelorette, then called it a night.
The morning started with Starbucks, because obviously it’s a necessity. Haha! Joking…kind of. After coffee and food, it was time to workout. I did one of my favorite treadmill workouts, which I am excited to share!
INCLINE/DECLINE TREADMILL WORKOUT
After a mile, turn your incline up to 15. Once you get there, you will jog .20 of a mile, then take your incline to a 14 and walk .10 of a mile. Next, take the incline to 13 and jog .20, then down to 12 and walk .10. Repeat this until you get to an incline of 3.
The whole workout is 3 miles (not including warm-up and cool down).
*if the incline is too much, start at one you are comfortable at.
*you can always speed walk instead of jog.
*listen to your body! Incline workouts are hard and only do what you can.

The workout was sweaty and went by quickly! Always a great way to start the day!
Afterwards was some more packing and lunch before heading home.
