Happy hump day, folks! How are you doing!? Things have been good around here. I’m trying to enjoy the few weeks before school starts back up and we meet our new kindergarteners! Here’s what I’ve been up to:
I had brunch plans so I didn’t want a full breakfast. I woke up, had my 2 cups of coffee, and some trail mix I found at Trader Joe’s.
This stuff is the real deal!
After the gym and a shower, I met my work bestie for brunch at Northstar cafe. I had the shooting star juice (fresh squeezed OJ and ginger) along with sweet potato and turkey hash! It was absolutely delicious!
My husband’s burgers were beef and mine were turkey with spinach and feta cheese.

I started the morning with trail mix pancakes. I will share that recipe soon! It was a winner!
When I was ready to workout, I took a class called cycle sculpt. It is cycling with light weight excercises mixed in. It is a butt kicker and I love it!
Holy sweat fest.
Coat number 1! It’s a start! Don’t mind our messy garage.
Today I am going to Life Barre. It is a ballet style workout class! Then I am spending the day with my mamma.
