Hello all you lovely people!! Happy Friday! Do you have any fun plans for the weekend? Other than house work, we haven’t made any plans. Buckeye Country Superfest is right by our house, but we don’t know if we want to spend the money to go, even though I love country music. SO. MUCH. We shall see.
Yesterday, I woke up early and went to the gym for some cardio. After our Nashville trip, I knew I wanted a hard, sweaty workout and that is just what I got!! This only took 30 minutes, but I promise it was intense.
First, start off at the stair climber.
Do 5 minutes of building each minute, starting from an easy walk all the way to a very fast walk or jog. Repeat this 4 times. At this point you will be at 20 minutes.
Hop off and head to a treadmill.
On the treadmill, do one minute walk or jog, one minute sprint. Do this until you hit a mile.
Cool down as long as you need.
There you have it! A super intense 30 minute workout! The stairs and I have a love/hate relationship haha. They are so hard, but have some great benefits.
*please note that I am not a personal trainer and only post workouts that work for me and my body. Talk to a professional before starting a new workout routine. *
After my workout, I drove to my home town (about an hour and a half from where I live now) to see my best friend and her two wonderful kiddos. We got to have a Starbucks date and just hang out. I sure do miss living close to her!
While I was in town, I met my mom for lunch at Panera, then did some shopping before hitting the road back to my place.
I love Panera. So healthy and tasty!!
Well, friends, I hope you have an awesome Friday!! I look forward to reading what you have been up to. Talk soon!
With love,
Carly

Hi, Got connected to you thru the blog party. Saw that ice cream bread thing on FB. Yum! Glad you tried it. I also think you just motivated me to use the stairs at the gym. I usually just stare at the stairs as I walk by! https://unbreakablejoyintuitiontales.com/
