Fit Friday-500 Rep Workout

Hello and happy Friday, everyone! I hope the week treated you well, and that your weekend is even better. I turned 28 yesterday, and had fun celebrating with my husband, and get to see family all weekend. We also are updating the home we just bought, and have quite a bit to do before we move. I am a tad stressed about it, but working out has always been a great outlet for me.

 This morning’s workout really got my day started off the right way. It was a full body workout with weights, which I love adding into my routine. I took minimal rest, which kept my heart rate up the whole time. It is a total of 500 reps. It took me about 40 minutes from start to finish!

When doing this workout, try to use a weight for each exercise that is challenging, but you can properly do each one without losing form.

THE WORKOUT: (do the whole thing 2 times through)

  • 25 barbell deadlift to back row
  • 25 plank jacks
  • 25 barbell curls
  • 25 db chest press 
  • 25 weighted back raises
  • 25 reverse grip tricep pulldowns
  • 25 db curl press
  • 25 pushups with feet on bench 
  • 25 walking lunges 
  • 25 weighted pikes on bench
